Our specific service offering full encompass all elements of the Amazon Business Model, we work with clients from an Operational perspective such as PPC Optimisation through our bespoke software, SEO and Imagery Optimisation aswell as on the Structural Side; International Launch strategies (Logistics, Fulfilment, Tax & Business Structure Guidance), Financial Analysis and Understanding (Product by Product PnLs) and Inventory Management (through our bespoke tool). Furthermore, when the times comes, we shift focus to all things exit - from Financial Modelling and initial valuation, through to Offer Negotiation, Due Diligence Facilitation, Legalise and Close.
