eVenturing is an end to end Amazon Growth Partner. We work with organisations throughout their lifecycle from initial inception to optimisation and growth through to their exit.

Our specific service offering full encompass all elements of the Amazon Business Model, we work with clients from an Operational perspective such as PPC Optimisation through our bespoke software, SEO and Imagery Optimisation aswell as on the Structural Side; International Launch strategies (Logistics, Fulfilment, Tax & Business Structure Guidance), Financial Analysis and Understanding (Product by Product PnLs) and Inventory Management (through our bespoke tool). Furthermore, when the times comes, we shift focus to all things exit - from Financial Modelling and initial valuation, through to Offer Negotiation, Due Diligence Facilitation, Legalise and Close.

We create a specific model that is tailored to your business needs, whether that is purely Amazon Account Management or Exit Facilitation through our Brokerage we can be flexible!

Company Introduction

eVenturing was founded by its 3 Directors; Alex, Sam and Elliott , each partner has experience
founding, developing & investing in multi million pound Amazon FBA businesses.

We understand first hand the trials and tribulations of entrepreneurship, from Inception to
Management to Exit. We knew we wanted to continue doing what we love and we were clear
that our next step was to create a single business that brought together all of our collective
expertise. After many hours of late night brainstorming, we developed a business model in
eVenturing that allows us to utilise our understanding of finance in harmony with our “hands
on” technical expertise, and, in 2018, eVenturing was born.

From our inception, eVenturing have gone from strength to strength, with our team of 10 and offices across the globe we are looking to continue to scale and drive ours and our business further!
