I was trained at a large Call Center called Convergys (Microsoft) and Accenture (Wellpoint) in Cebu City, Philippines and served almost 2 years as a Floor Support and Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Account. Which covers the MS Office for Mac and Windows, Windows troubleshooting, and technical support experience.

Experience with creating Landing Pages, Draw.Io, TodoList, Zendesk, Asana, Intercom, WooCommerce, Google Apps, Google Analytics and I am eager to learn and use new tools.
Having involved also with Logistics, Order Fulfillment, Inventory Management, Amazon(FBA Wholesale), Acquiring Suppliers, Opening accounts and CSVs and E-commerce. I also provide a wide range of Administrative Services including data entry, transcription, internet research, email support, and troubleshooting.
